P3 International P4620 IonizAir™ Table Top Air Purifier Recall

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

"The announcement is a PDF file and requires the Adobe® Reader® to open and view.

If your unit has been recalled, we will send you a free replacement cartridge. Replacement cartridges only fit the air purifiers that have been recalled.

Special Recall Notes:

1) If the label on the bottom of your IonizAir™ contains a Lot Number beginning in "05," your Air Purifier is NOT
affected by this recall.

2) Customers will need to complete a separate registration for each affected unit that they own.
